As the client develops their Idea into a business model and full business plan – Their BizStartClub community supports and starts to create the structure of the business model, funding sources and access to additional professional and consulting services.
Proposition
The business model & plan done and the plan to take the company/products/services to market; what’s offered, how it will make a revenue for the shareholders and what is the attraction for the investors.

Leverage their community membership to attract suppliers, customers and talent.
Funding
Assistance in structuring funding rounds.
Start/Expand
- Within their monthly subscription, members will receive advice on further improvement of the idea, development, preparing the proposition, pre-start essential tasks.
- BizStartClub will assist with the quest for funding (including advice on applying for schemes such as SEIS and EIS) on a reward for success basis.
- BizStartClub can provide consultancy at affordable rates for many aspects of the business once started either from local member “Supplier Partners” or others, typically often retired or semi-retired people with appropriate skillset and experience.
